Returns Policy

All goods are inspected before leaving our premises to ensure our high standards of quality are met. In the unlikely event of goods being damaged, we will accept a return and replace the product free of charge provided we are notified of any damaged goods, by email, within 2 working days and acknowledged back by us. An RMA number will be issued to you to return the goods.
Please do not return goods without an RMA number as we cannot accept a return without one. Please ensure you return the product by a signed proof of delivery service as we cannot be responsible for the return not being received and signed for by Spotted Cow Creations.

Order Confirmation

When your purchase order is received, we will acknowledge confirmation of your order and the ship your goods, which is normally 1 to 2 days from receipt of order. If stock is not available you will be advised by email of the ship date at which point you may cancel if this is not acceptable.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, please contact us at info@spottedcowcreations.co.uk before placing an order with us.

These Terms and Conditions and the use of the website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Credit Card Security, payments and taxes

We accept online payment on all major credit and debit cards via Paypal. Cheques are accepted but goods will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared. Any goods shipped on credit terms remain the property of Spotted Cow Creations until payment has cleared.

All prices on the general website are including VAT.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Spotted Cow Creations nor any of it’s affiliates, directors, employees or any other representative will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the information, content, materials or products included on this site.

Conformity of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the description of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Cancellation

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time then any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
